Silversun Pickups

Let It Decay

10-inch Vinyl

Dangerbird Records is excited to announce that Silversun Pickups will release their Let it Decay 10” vinyl on Friday, November 29th in conjunction with Record Store Day’s Black Friday. The limited edition vinyl release features the brand new track “Let it Decay” as well as “Working Title,” a B-side from the sessions for their latest full-length Neck of the Woods.

“Record Store Day (now Days) has always been important to us,” lead singer/guitarist Brian Aubert said. “We’ve been lucky enough to play special acoustic shows in independent record stores all over the globe. We get to know these places and feel quite blue when we return and they are no longer open. We believe strongly in the importance of these places and will always do whatever we can to help support these stores.” Speaking about the new tracks, Aubert said “we’re happy to be putting out this 10-inch. ‘Let it Decay’ has been a song we’ve had swimming around our heads since the beginning of the band. It feels great to have finally recorded it and place it in a nice home. ‘Working Title’ is the only Neck of the Woods b-side. We love the song but it just didn’t work in the flow of the album. Again, we’re super happy for the song to finally get heard.”
